"Hello, I'm Jessica! I view therapy as an art of self-expression, a journey that can meet you wherever you are in life. I believe the benefits of therapy are accessible to everyone, and I am here to support you in finding your unique way of expression while overcoming personal barriers. By incorporating play, art, and various media into the therapeutic environment, I offer alternative paths beyond traditional talk therapy. Whether you seek assistance with coping skills, organization, building confidence, or simply someone to sit with you in the moment, I'm here. Therapy is a dynamic, ever-changing learning process, and I enjoy continually expanding my knowledge base to share new skills with my clients.

As a licensed professional counselor specializing in children and adolescents, I bring five years of experience across diverse settings, including outpatient, military communities, community service boards, and school-based environments. I am comfortable working with various diagnoses and specialties, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, ODD, eating disorders, substance abuse, self-esteem, military families, and LGBTQIA+. Whether you're seeking short-term or long-term services, I strive to create a therapeutic alliance that comes full circle with you."
