"Therapy is a relational process of contact between people that often results in incredible transformation. I have seen this while working with U.S. service members returning home from deployment, as an LGBT affirming counselor and primarily from within a framework of empathy and care . In my care, I will look to incorporate across modalities to enhance practical components of your life while simultaneously working in collaboration with you.

I have certifications in trauma informed care for both adolescents and adults, have recently published regarding the impact of trauma on burnout and take a wholistic approach with my clients. I make the process of therapy fun and engaging while allowing for the depth and seriousness that comes about from self work and exploration.

Every client is different and deserves a personalized approach. I do my best to pair my training and research across fields to your specific needs. It takes great courage to start therapy and I will recognize this dynamic as we work together."
